The position...
Our Project Coordinators are the glue that hold our business together. You will work in a small team of project support staff, led by our Team Leader, Project Coordinators. Your role is to support our consultant team to deliver client work across the full spectrum of our services (leadership development, assessment, talent management). This will involve:
- Playing a key role in coordinating projects (completing and monitoring project plans, scheduling meetings, workshops/coaching sessions, project budgets).
- Supporting our consultants in client delivery (preparing virtual and in-person client delivery, preparing materials for workshops, compiling and proofreading reports, evaluating programs, invoicing).
- Engaging in frequent client contact (stakeholder management, participating in internal and external project meetings, managing meeting agendas and minutes, setting up online delivery and assessments).
- Supporting business development activities (supporting development of proposals and tender responses, looking for, sharing and following up on client and market opportunities).

- Technology. You are proficient in MS packages and curious about how technology can enable our work, and willing to become an SME for the platforms PM uses.
- Growth mindset. You are keen to learn and develop further. You are curious and prepared to ask questions, particularly when facing ambiguity.
- Relevant experience. You have at least three years' work experience in a professional work environment, administrative/personal assistant or consulting or admin support , proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using project management/consulting packages would be an advantage. Familiarity with platforms such as Zoom, Teams and Webex is desirable.
