We are on the hunt for a highly organised and detail-orientedProject Coordinator to join our dynamic client in Adelaide. A national player in the Restoration and Insurance space they are continuing to go from strength to strength.

In this pivotal role, you'll be the maestro behind the scenes, ensuring smooth project execution and exceptional customer service on all insurance repair and restoration projects.

What you'll do:

• Provide support to Site Supervisors
• Manage and maintain trade and supplier relationships
• Scheduling & job management
• Maintain clear communication with all key stakeholders through the restoration & repair process

You will ideally have:

• Minimum 12 months in project coordination, preferably within construction or a related field
• A qualification in Building & Construction is highly regarded
• Valid drivers license
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and relevant construction management tools
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise effectively, and manage deadlines
• A collaborative and results-oriented approach
