Project Coordinator - Wind Energy

The reason for this role:

The Project Coordinator will work closely with the PMO Assistant PM to meet all the cost, scheduling, reporting and document control functions within the Goldwind projects. It is a requirement of this position to participate in a learning organisation culture within the project team, which supports our vision of preserving blue skies and white clouds for the future. 

What you will be doing?

• Support the project management team with project data collection, processing, and reporting.
• Maintain and update project systems such as Aconex, SAP, Cm3 etc.
• Manage contractor’s mobilisation, demobilisation, and timesheets.
• Provide Administration support.
• Compile and review payment claims
• Assist the project controller in the collection of information to be used in project reporting.
• Other services as directed by the Assistant PM.

What does your background look like?

• Tertiary qualifications in construction/Business management or another related field is desired.
• Construction administration experience.
• Systems experience (ERP, MS Office, SAP, Aconex etc). 
• Excellent communication skills needed.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
• General construction knowledge is desired.
• Attention to detail.
