THE ROLE
An exciting new opportunity exists at a leading commercial furniture manufacturing and supply company for a Project Manager.
Zenith are recruiting for a skilled, highly motivated Project Manager to join the Project Delivery Team. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for project installations from the receipt of the project to completion and handover. This role is strongly focused on maintaining client relationships that build customer advocacy and new business opportunities. To be successful in this role, you must have an eye for detail and always maintain a professional demeanour.
This dynamic role, based out of Perth, offers a generous remuneration package with an incentive structure. The successful candidate will also receive a car allowance.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/DUTIES
The key accountability of the Project Manager is to ensure the Project Delivery team accurately fulfill the installation of commercial furniture projects within the agreed timeframes. You will be responsible for monitoring, reporting and remediating any issues that are required to fulfill the project, including scheduling and overseeing installations, interstate and local transport, site inspections and final defect inspections.
To meet this, some of your duties and skills will include:
- Excel & Word proficient
- Pronto experience would be an advantage
- Manage projects from receipt through to completion and hand over
- Ordering of project materials, forecasting, processing variations
- Direct communication with clients, builders, and Project Managers
- Maintain clear documentation in line with Quality Assured systems and processes
- Construction Blue or White card
- Understanding of safe work site practices
- Scheduling and overseeing installations both interstate and local, site inspections and final defect inspections
- Ability to manage sub-contractors
- Optimise customer service focus, retention, and growth by operating to an approved customer management plan.
- Enhance customer and company business relationships by responding to and resolving service issues raised by customers.
- Trade background would be an advantage
- Always conduct yourself in a manner that aligns with the values and guidelines of Zenith.
- Project cost/performance management through Pronto management system
- Monthly forecasting and invoicing
