Techforce Personnel, in partnership with an industry-leading specialist in facilities management, seeks an Administrator to assist in validation and verification of documents for compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Role is basic administration and validation
- Validation of competency records to verify SHEQ compliance records in internal compliance systems
- Assist team with backlog and increased volumes of validation of individual compliance requirements
- Verifying high volume competency files such as Driver license, Qualifications, Trades tickets, First Aid Certs (forms are used to enable staff to enter high risk zones or role profiles)
- Documents are sensitive in nature and require a keen eye for detail ensuring the integrity of the documents are not fraudulent or tampered with
- The ability to escalate any issues or concerns over suspected fraudulent items must be raised immediately to maintain high standards as the
- Hybrid work environment, with dedicated day at Cremorne office.
- Able to work in office more frequently if preferred.
- Worker may be required to be in the office more during their first week until VPN access is provided
Your Profile:
- Aus Citizen & or PR
- Computer literate
- Adapt to new systems and open to learning
- Able to work independently and with a team
- have financial services background or worked in risk & savings with
transferable skills within high detail, high impact environments - Advantageous if you have in worked in areas of support validation including loan processing
- Exposure to SHEQ Compliance records is a nice to have
- Previous experience with high-volumes and keen eye for detail
