The role:
As a Project Manager/Business Analyst, you will play a fundamental role in driving the success of key projects, programs, and reforms. You will be at the forefront of utilising project management methodologies and business analytics tools to ensure projects are not only delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards but also contribute to the overall optimisation and success of the organisation.
Key Duties:
- Utilise advanced project management methodologies to execute and support key projects, programs, and reforms.
- Develop and ensure project plans for assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Work collaboratively across departments at all levels to ensure project success.
- Focus on optimisation, both technical and non-technical, driving value, benefits, and efficiencies.
- Provide end-to-end project management support, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Report project progress through regular status updates to senior management stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in business analytics and project management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management/business analytics, with a proven track record of delivering projects.
- Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile is preferred.
- A solid understanding of the business analysis concepts, techniques and tools sets outlined in the IIBA BABOK Guide
- Power BI highly desirable
- Knowledge of the social services sector and/or experience working in a not-for-profit organisation would be an advantage.
- Ability to obtain an NDIS workers screening card and working with children check.
- Ability to obtain and pass a police check.
