Our client is looking for a Project Manager to help deliver Health Care Fit out projects up to the value of $6 million dollars.Our client provides a great working environment, including work from home Friday's, monthly paid lunches and a brand new office located in Brighton.As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing up to 8 small projects at any one time
- Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
- Writing of construction program and hands-on project management delivery of work
- Provide good technical knowledge to the client
- High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiation skills
- Minimum 7 years' experience in Project Management on fit out or shop fit out projects as a principal contractor
- Tertiary qualification in Construction is highly regarded.
- Construction or Shopfitting experience required
- Experience running projects $500k + in value.
