Role Overview:
As a Business Project Manager specializing in HR processes, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our HR operations. You will lead initiatives focused on reviewing existing processes, enhancing internal offerings, streamlining onboarding procedures, managing payroll processes, and implementing other HR-related projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing HR processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative internal offerings to enhance employee experience and engagement.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration of new hires into the organization and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage payroll processes, working closely with finance and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
- Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and other departments to ensure smooth implementation of HR-related systems and technologies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including senior management, on project status, key milestones, and potential challenges.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Project Manager with a focus on HR processes, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including reviewing processes, internal offerings, onboarding, and payroll procedures.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion within tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Location and Work Arrangement:
This role is based in Blackburn, and requires on-site presence for 2 days per week. The remaining days can be worked remotely, providing flexibility while ensuring effective collaboration with the team.
