Are you ready to take on a dynamic role for a Not For Profit in the Housing Sector! We're seeking a versatile Project Manager to spearhead the transition to a new 1300 number system, facilitating seamless communication both regionally and internally.Key Responsibilities:
- Help the migration to a 1300 number system, collaborating closely with IT.
- Manage the project timeline, aiming for completion within one to two months.
- Navigate contract flexibility for after-hours support, coordinating with IT on system integration.
- Oversee asset management spanning across our diverse community housing portfolio, with potential expansion into commercial setups.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Background in project management, with experience in maintenance or related fields.
- Comfortable working across residential and potentially commercial domains.
- Flexible, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
Based in Blackburn or CBD, with no travel required.
Team Integration:
You'll work closely with both the Tenancy, Facilities Management and Commercial Teams, bridging old and new functions seamlessly. Reporting into our dedicated FM team, you'll have the support needed to succeed.
Scale of Operation:
With approximately 1000 properties under management, this role offers a substantial scope for impact. Your primary focus in the initial phase will be the successful implementation of the new phone system.
