The Role
Within this organisation the Project Manager is a dynamic leader dedicated to achieving excellence throughout all stages of a development project, from inception to completion, with a focus on optimising construction process, managing stakeholders and supporting the project team to deliver successful building projects.
Given we are only considering candidates with experience delivering apartment projects, in the role of a Project Manager, you should already be well aware of the duties.

Your next employer
This Project Manager role is within a highly regarded tier 2 apartment builder/developer, who has been operating successfully in the SEQ Construction space for, closing in on 50 years. Given their status as a Developer, they control the volume of work they build, and have no need to aggressively tender for new projects on tight margins; in fact always have strive to have 3 projects in Construction, with the Development team securing a pipeline of projects.
Their often Award Winning projects, range from luxury high end apartment towers, to mid-end apartments, often reaching up to 15 storey's in height. All their projects are in Brisbane or on the Sunshine Coast, and they usually set up all their projects with one or two CA's on the project, Site Managers and Foreman, along with Site Coordinators; ensuring great sub-contractor relationships and a site team to achieve the best possible likelihood, of a successful project.
Are you suitable?
If you are looking for a new challenging Project Manager role, you will be considered suitable if you have the following qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional organisational capabilities to manage multiple resources concurrently, controlling budget, timelines, safety, quality, design, and risk.
- Have delivered multiple apartment projects, in excess of $50M, successfully, as a Project Manager
- Based on, or near, the Sunshine Coast.
