Your new role
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering civil and bulk earthworks projects from their inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include comprehensive project planning, effective stakeholder and financial management, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure the timely, budget-conscious, and standard-compliant delivery of projects. You will lead project teams, ensure safety compliance, manage budgets, and maintain clear communication lines with clients and stakeholders. Your ability to negotiate with contractors, monitor projects diligently, and mitigate risks will be crucial. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact in the earthmoving and civil construction sectors, calling for a strategic mindset and a solid track record in project delivery.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven success in leading civil projects from start to finish
- Experience working with local government entities is a plus
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cost-tracking
