Role Description

It is a role that has office work as well as the opportunity to get out on farm.
This is a full-time on-site role in Armidale as a Project Manager at Zondii. The Project manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects, including planning, executing, and monitoring project activities. The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, and will include both office and farm work where you will see the technology/project in action helping farmers. The Project Manager will assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets. Additionally Zondii is a start-up, so there are lots of exciting opportunities to see and help in all parts of the business.
Qualifications
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Experience in the agriculture or technology industry is a plus / or a willingness to be on farm
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in conducting research and analyzing data
- Able to think of others point of view and be considerate (Effective communication and interpersonal skills)
- Knowledge of project management software and tools
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Understands and follows Zondii values of Curiosity, Choice, People and Produce
- Bachelor's degree ideal, but please apply if you think this is the right role even if you don't have a degree
