The role:
- Provide confidential secretarial and office administration support.
- Manage accurate, high volume diary commitments and resolve conflicting demands.
- Manage high frequency and high change travel plans.
- Respond promptly with issues and general enquiries, escalate as required.
- Prepare and produce documents, reports, correspondence, presentations, project spreadsheets.
- Build and maintain strong and professional relationships and high level of customer service.
- Project management facilitation and support.
About you:
- Strong experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar.
- High level of written and verbal communication.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Can juggle multiple and conflicting priorities seamlessly and pivot when required.
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency with MS Office Programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and One Note.
- Proven project management experience.
