About the role
The role of the Project Officer (HammondCare at Home) works within the Mission and Mission in Action of HammondCare to support the delivery of a broad range of HammondCare at Home projects, systems, and functions.
This is an important role within the HammondCare at Home team, supporting operational functions, systems enabling these functions, and projects initiated to improve and further develop these functions. This role also involves assisting with research and preparing and maintaining key business documentation to support HammondCare at Home service development.
The role is offered on a Permanent Part-time basis (3 days per week) with the location being flexible.
Key Focus Areas
- Support the preparation and implementation of a broad range of HammondCare at Home projects
- Support the development and maintenance of key HammondCare at Home processes and systems, specifically related to the delivery of timely, compliant, quality contracted and outsourced services to its clients
- Support the operational team in finding, reviewing, and onboarding a range of compliant, motivated, and aligned contractors to support service provision to its clients
- Preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external audiences
- Assist with research and preparing and maintaining key business documentation to support HammondCare at Home service development
- Working alongside systems administrators to support system incidents and service requests related to contractor engagements for the Home Care team
