PROJECT SUPPORT OFFICER required to join the AUSPAN team working in our Canning Vale office. This unique opportunity is open for a motivated individual to implement innovative strategies to support our business activities.
About The Role:
This role would suit a Project Support Officer to support growth within the business. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with management and showcase their ability to work accurately and efficiently. They will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a “CAN DO” attitude and be keen to tackle the challenges of working in a dynamic and fast-growing business.
The Main Responsibilities Would Include:
- Provide project and administrative support to the project team and department leadership.
- Assist with procurement and supplier management.
- Assist with coordination of travel-related activities for the project team.
- Assist with HSEQ tasks and documentation.
- Maintain project documentation such as qualifications and induction records.
- Prepare and maintain asset registers.
- Take an active role in the continuous improvement and innovation of project administration systems and processes.
- Assist with the preparation and implementation of business processes and documentation.
About You – Skills and Experience
Our ideal candidate is someone who can bring the following to the role:
- Highly motivated individual who proactively, purposefully, and efficiently completes work tasks.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (report writing experience would be advantageous)
- Intermediate experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular, MS Excel and MS Word
- Procore and Smartsheet experience highly advantageous.
- Well-developed communication skills, including the ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation.
- Hands-on approach with a can-do attitude
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics and/or construction advantageous
- Proactive and autonomous
- Current driver's license and police clearance required.

The Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to pass a functional pre-employ medical including drug and alcohol screen.
- Hold a current unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence.
- Provide a National Police Clearance obtained within the last 6 months.
- Be health, safety and environmentally conscious
- Display a collaborative teamwork style with well-honed conflict resolution skills
- The ability to make practical decisions under pressure.
