AMCOR Excavations is a civil earthworks company, primarily contracted to construct lease pads and access roads within the gas sector.
AMCOR Excavations have a rare opportunity for a motivated Project Support Officer to join our team. The role will work alongside the Project Manager to support the project across safety, quality, cost and program.
The Project Support Officer is a full-time position based in Chinchilla QLD:
- 5/2 12-hour day roster
- Temporary role - 18-month Maternity Relief
Your duties will include:
- Supporting the Project Manager in the day-to-day activities and general administration duties
- Various Project support tasks including onboarding requirements, purchase orders, tasking and distributing minutes, claim preparation and sub-contractor management.
- Data entry and document control for project documentation
- Gathering and compiling information and reports for the Senior Management team
- Schedule employee inductions, courses and medicals
Knowledge, experience, and attributes required:
- Well-developed organisation and time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Punctual and well presented
- The ability to work under pressure and meet set deadlines
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
What you will bring to the role:
- Ability to prepare and plan daily duties in organising required materials and supplies to complete the job
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholders
- Focus and commitment to a zero harm environment
- Drivers Licence
- WHS White Card
- Previous Project Management or Support experience desired
