Your new role
Reporting to a Financial Controller you will be responsible for the financial accounting for a portfolio of assets and will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to provide accurate and insightful financial reporting. The role will include:
Month end reporting and reconciliations
Budgeting and forecasting including variance analysis
Project costing and analysis
Billing and invoice coding
Assisting with year end and statutory reporting
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified (or almost) Accountant with experience in the property industry, ideally with experience using MRI or similar. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and an ability to work in a team. From a technical perspective you will need solid technical accounting knowledge as well as intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Fluency in Mandarin is also a distinct advantage.
