We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Property Administrator on the outskirts of the CBD. With the flexibility to work a minimum of 3 days across the working week you will be able to create that life style balance you desire.

- Property inspections & maintenance
- Rent Reviews
- Database management
- New management/Tenancy set up
- Processing tenancy rent
- Issuing monthly rent invoices to tenants from Re-Leased system
- Processing monthly payments to landlords
- Managing tenancy rent arrears and follow-up as required
- Preparation of monthly budget reports to landlords as
- Collection of monthly sales figures
- Manage casual lease bookings, including invoices & processing payments received
- Arrange maintenance contractors for property maintenance requests
- Facilitate collection of tenants public liability insurance certificates annually
Skills & Experience
- For you to be successful in this position you will need to show stability and experience in a busy property management-based role (2-4 years).
- Exposure to a similar position in the property industry (residential or commercial) will be highly regarded.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel, Word and Outlook will be essential to your success.
- Candidates must have their current property management license.
