Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Property and Procurement Coordinator and manage the critical aspects of Property and Procurement transactional duties.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate activities related to a fleet of vehicles.
- Collaborate with the fleet management company to ensure efficient tracking and management of vehicles.
- Act as a liaison between the company and the fleet management company to address any issues and optimise services.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the fleet management company.
- Handle transactional procurement activities, with a focus on fleet services.
- Maintain an understanding of procurement processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify procurement needs and provide support in sourcing and purchasing activities.
- Proven experience in fleet management, with a track record of coordinating and managing a large fleet (well regarded).
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of procurement processes, specific experience in fleet services procurement (well regarded).
- Strong organisational and communication skills to effectively manage relationships with external service providers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to a changing business environment.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in procurement.
