Property Manager
A unique opportunity to work in a family office environment.
Commencement date: As soon as possible.
- Tasks will include all aspects of property management, including but not limited to:
- Incorporate / adopt property management system, eg, Property Tree, Property Me, Agent Plus, or similar.
- Managing day-to-day tasks of property portfolio,
- Updating rental invoices/statements,
- Outgoings reconciliations and collections,
- Complete periodic site inspections,
- Liaising with third party Property Managers,
- Responding/organising repairs & maintenance quotes and contractors,
- Source prospective tenants for existing and upcoming sites.
- Properties: Majority of tenants are commercial food & beverage tenancies.
- Lease type: Retail Leases Act (2003).
- Flexible working hours.
- Previous experience (at least 5+ years as a Property Manager).
- Work/life balance with flexible working options.
- 3 days a week (or more).
- Ideally contract work, rather than employment.
- Office location: Toorak.
The successful candidate will be:
- Holding current Agents Representative Certificate.
- Experienced in using property management programs (implementing new program to be discussed).
- Time management and organisational skills.
- Self-sufficient.
- Well presented.
- Meticulous in their work.
- Mature minded individual with a passion for real estate / property management.
- Great attitude towards new challenges & professional development.
- Have a driver’s licence and car.
