Property Manager

Join our client’s team as a Property Manager and take charge of overseeing and maintaining our diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of properties, overseeing their efficient operation.
• Conduct regular property inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs and improvement opportunities.
• Handle tenant relations, including leasing, rent collection, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
• Coordinate and supervise property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in property management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Property Manager.
• Strong understanding of property management laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and tools.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Valid Real Estate License and Victorian Drivers License.
