An exciting opportunity has become available at South East Water in our Customer Connections Group for a Team Manager (Property Development). This role will lead a group of 2 Team Leaders and 16 Case Officers, who are responsible for preparing agreements which outline fees and conditions for new builds or redevelopment, where a connection to sewer, water, and recycled water is required.
The Team Manager, Property Development will be crucial in ensuring that Case Officers process Agreements in an efficient manner and provide oversight to the Group Manager.
As the Property Development Manager, you will also:
- Support and further develop direct reports.
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the team
- Act as an escalation point, and assist the Team Leaders with diplomatic decision making
- Develop relationships and collaborative networks within South East Water and with key industry bodies.

- Strong people management skills, with an ability to coach for success and manage performance.
