Property Manager 

Buxton Oakleigh is in search of a motivated individual to join our property management team. We are looking for someone who thrives in dynamic work environments, possesses excellent communication skills, and enjoys collaborating with others.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will be organised, fun, and have values that align with ours. Moreover, they must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in managing a residential portfolio end to end and meet the following criteria:

• Valid driver's license 
• Current Police Check
• Agent's Representative Certificate.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Displaying strong attention to detail and diligence.
• Possess excellent communication skills and proficiency in computer literacy.
• Must provide their own laptop/iPad for work

This fulfilling role will include the following key tasks:

• End to end property management with leasing and admin support
• Preparing legal documents pertaining to residential leasing
• Requesting quotes and placing work orders for maintenance
• Managing a capped portfolio of properties
• Compliance with the regulations as per Residential Tenancies Act
• Organise and attend Routine inspections
• Monitor Arrears
• Rostered Saturdays (approximately 1 in 4)
