With a vast knowledge of the Perth property market, you will be exposed to other areas of real estate, in turn expanding your current knowledge and skill set.
The Position
Working in a heavily supported team within their residential division, you will manage an investment portfolio of properties of approx 120 x properties with a handful of owners. SUPPORT = shared PM admin, leasing agent, outsourced inspections & PCR's = minimal travel which allows flexibility to work from home.
The Candidate
- Completed your PROPERTY MANAGEMENT REGISTRATION
- Experience managing your own portfolio client-side
- Tidy presentation and a team player approach
- Strong ethics and integrity
