We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our fast paced, dynamic property team to handle the day-to-day management of the United Portfolio's retail service station portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain overall responsibility of rental and lease outgoings costs in your dedicated region ensuring costs are controlled in line with the lease contracts and market movements.
- Manage critical dates including exercise of option, lease expiries and market rent reviews.
- Negotiate lease renewals
- Appoint and brief valuers for market rent review submissions and determinations.
- Instruct lawyers to draft and finalise leases, variations, assignments and surrenders and step in to resolve and negotiate issues maintaining overall responsibility for the formal lease documentation.
- Manage make good and lease exit process.
- Support operations team to solve landlord related facilities management matters.
About You:
- Highly motivated and forward thinking
- Ability to multitask, adapt to change and manage high volume
- Experience in understanding and applying retail lease legislation across multiple states
- Experience in lease and property related negotiations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
