Be in charge of the day-to-day operations and management of an Aged Care Portfolio
The Client:Our client, one of Australia's largest Aged Care facility and community providers are seeking a Property Manager to manage their commercial portfolio based in Brisbane.
Your duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Maintain relationships with key clients
- Provide excellent tenant service and respond to requests in a timely manner
- Administer leases and licences and maintain an accurate tenancy schedule
- Report to the Head of Property monthly on the business critical elements
- Supervise new staff until confident in their abilities
- Train the team in areas lacking expertise
- Maintain the incident register following the insurance companies preferred process for management
- Be the gate keeper in the business for all documentation and ensure it's within our legal requirements
The successful candidate will be an experienced Property / Asset Manager with strong financial acumen and excellent leadership and management skills. Outstanding negotiation, conflict resolution and presentation skills are also necessary. Most importantly you must have exceptional communication skills and be able to develop strong relationships with retailers and external stakeholders.
