Property Manager
This role will suit a Property Manager who wants to be part of the exciting growth phase of this successful boutique real estate business in the Adelaide Hills.
Offering an above award wage, the position is full time 5 days per week with the opportunity for more responsibility and reward as the rent role grows. The position would suit either a qualified Property Manager with experience or trainee either currently studying property management.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Conduct open, periodic, in-going and final inspections
- Rental application screening and tenant selection
- Preparation of lease agreements, bond lodgements and refunds
- Coordinate maintenance work and liaise with tradespeople
- Receipt rent and enforce ‘zero tolerance’ rent in arrears policy
- Effective communication and negotiations between landlords and tenants
- Marketing and growth of the rental portfolio
The ideal applicant will possess:
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Mature outlook with high level communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team
- Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Previous property management experience is highly regarded
- Knowledge of Property Me or similar software is highly regarded
- Certificate in Property Management or in process of obtaining & current driver’s licence are essential.
