About the role:
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a tidy and long standing portfolio predominantly located in the Croydon area. You will play a key part in building client relationships and overseeing all aspects of the day to day management of the portfolio.
This position requires a self-driven personality; you have a mature approach, you are well organized, well-spoken, well presented, and can work within a close knit team environment.
We strive for the highest standard in Property Management.
Key Duties and Essential Functions:
- Maintain regular, close contact with current clients whilst providing 6-star service
- Carry out routine inspections, ingoing condition reports as well as outgoing inspections.
- Take appropriate action against tenants in arrears in a timely manner
- Tribunal hearings
- Managing repairs and maintenance
- No accounts responsibilities required
- Will be supported by the Operations Manager
- Work closely within a friendly department
- Negotiating successful outcomes as required
- Accountable for reaching monthly KPI targets
- Attend Property Management meetings and events
- Attend regular Training
Skills and Experience:
- A great track record of providing outstanding service to their clients
- High level of organisation and time management skills
- Passionate about running and growing your own portfolio
- Current certificate of registration
- Highly developed telephone, written & verbal communication skills
- A reliable car and a valid driver's license is essential
Salary negotiable based on experience
