The Opportunity
An opportunity has become available to join the Property Management team at Molenaar and McNeice as a Property Manager. This is a full time position that requires a candidate that is motivated, driven and client and people focused. You will have the ability to work in an established team with the opportunity to make your mark on the role.
Working closely alongside our Property Management team, your responsibilities will include;
- Day to day management of existing property portfolio
- Coordinate and facilitate ingoing, routine and outgoing inspections and reports
- Conduct arrears management
- Repairs and maintenance
- Leasing, renewals and rent reviews

Essential Criteria
- Minimum 2 years experience in a property management role
- Hold a current Real Estate Licence or working towards
- Strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation
- Professional and energetic attitude to work
- Computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Attention to detail and a diligent work ethic
- Experience using Propertyme highly desirable
