The team:
In our Housing Team, YellowBridge QLD provides support to a wide range of people in the Toowoomba area, and we are looking for people who have something to bring to our team as our new Property Officer.
The role and you:
In this position you will be required to deliver high standards of property and asset services to the Housing Services area, manage the delivery of services with a focus on property inspections and arranging maintenance, administration of information and data to support the Housing Services reporting framework, and manage key relationships with staff, clients, landlords and partners.
Position Requirements:
High level interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a multifunctional team and interact with a broad cross-section of peopleAbility to understand and deliver quality property coordination servicesStrong understanding of tenancy and housing laws, including the relevant legislation and the ability to adapt to emerging changesConduct inspections, arrange entry and exit condition reports, coordinate property maintenance, liaise with tenants contractors real estates and property ownersGood skills in time and workload management, including collection and collation of relevant information and dataProcess invoices in Chintaro and Sharepoint, ensuring that contractors and suppliers are paid on timeInvoice tenants to cover repairs and maintenance when appropriateAll applicants are required to have Yellow and Blue cards.Any further skills or training you hold would be advantageous.What YellowBridge Offers:
