Your Opportunity
In response to sustained growth, we seek motivated consultants in their early to mid-careers who are ready to step out of the formulaic career path of a traditional consulting firm.

About You
The ideal candidate for this unique opportunity will bring:
- 2 - 6 years of consulting or advisory experience
- Excellent results in a tertiary degree of your choice
- Ability to solve unstructured or ambiguous problems through application of logical and systematic problem solving techniques
- Evidenced ability to structure and undertake both quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform decision making
- Executive-level communication skills including the ability to synthesise complex information in both oral and written formats to inform fast decision making by senior business leaders
- Strong business acumen and systems-thinking
- Comfort working independently and taking ownership of end-to-end problems including taking initiative to solve problems holistically
- Excellent relationship building skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse client and internal stakeholders
