As a Purchasing Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing our procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for optimizing supply chains, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with suppliers to understand procurement needs and requirements.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best terms and prices.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, and inventory levels
• Monitor stock pricing and ensure all statements are correct at end of month.
• Reconciling of daily trading and banking.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft excel and outlook.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• On job training provided.
