ABOUT THE ROLE…
This position supports the end-to-end prospect/customer lifecycle related activities like making input into quotes, pricing, and
residual values matrices in addition to issuing supplier purchase orders for Commercial Vehicles.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES…
- Complete timely, accurate and business suitable quotes, residual values, market values and product guides, short orders, asset
purchase orders, stop/starts, and contract change requests.
- Through the Mid Lease Change (MLC) processes, assist timely reviews/changes to calculations/pricing to ensure we can produce
accurate costings for the customer with make/model data and leasing services (fuel, maintenance, tyres etc)
- Ensure Master Data is created and accurately maintained as per truck & equipment business rules
- Process ad hoc customer requests and proactively support and collaborate with other Departments to deliver excellent service
internally and externally
- Liaise with the wider Operations team to ensure an effective maintenance, and managed services for all truck and equipment assets
is delivered
- Source commercial of the shelf asset pricing where no complex build is required.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE…
- Experience in administration within complex business systems
- Ability to negotiate with internal/external customers to achieve affective outcomes
- Strong technical/numerical skills, and is thorough and accurate
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft software packages with advanced level of spread sheeting and word
processing skills
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, resourcefulness, perseverance, and accountability
- Effective communicator both verbally and in writing, demonstrating good listening, probing skills, shares
knowledge, and reports regularly on progress
- Critically analyses information and solves problems
