Job description

A key role in one of Australia’s largest, most diverse and inclusive agribusiness companies. 
 
Role 

Working within the Quality Assurance team at our Leeton Processing Facility, the Quality Administrator is responsible for managing documents both external and internal that support the quality and food safety management systems. This includes, developing and maintaining key documents, keeping an inventory of files, distributing documents on time and creating reports on the progress of documents as well as engaging with various stakeholders throughout the business.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Experience in the administration and support of quality & food safety management systems
  • Understanding of computer programs relevant to data analysis, evaluation, and reporting
  • Experience in SOP development 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to engage with a wide range of people and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage competing priorities 
  • A strong and ethical customer service approach
  • Sound knowledge and application of the MS Office suite of applications
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Agility to work flexible working hours
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment 
  • Current drivers licence
