East Wimmera Health Service (EWHS) is a fully accredited small rural health service across five campuses encompassing five communities in the Buloke and Northern Grampians Shires in North Western Victoria. EWHS is currently seeking an experienced and capable Quality & Risk Manager, preferably with a background in the health industry.
The Quality & Risk Manager works collaboratively with the organisation’s senior leaders, managers and staff to promote a culture that facilitates the delivery of high-quality healthcare through monitoring, collating and the evaluation of the EWHS Quality Frameworks and organisational Risk Management.
This successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the Quality Improvement Programs, Accreditation process, Victorian Health Incident Management System (VHIMS), Risk Management, Education and Development, and Occupational Health and Safety activities to ensure a safe work environment and to meet Accreditation Standards.
