Our client is one of Australasia’s leading producers of fresh pasta, gnocchi and pasta sauce products distributing through major retail, food service and hospitality channels.Reporting to the Technical Quality Manager, the essence of this role is to ensure highest levels of Quality, Cost Effectiveness and Safe Operational Practices supported by your experience delivering effective training systems and conducting internal audits to maintain quality standards associated with HACCP and GMP best practice.
Experience in managing food standards, labelling and product specifications supported by relevant qualifications will be highly regarded. Key to your success is your administration skills, attention to detail and ability to lead a collaborative approach to a productive workplace culture. Tertiary qualifications in Food Science / Tech or applied fields are essential.
