Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is a family-owned aged care provider operating 36 residential aged care homes, with in-home and community care programs in WA and NSW. We are seeking a compassionate Quality Coordinator to join our Quality, Safety & Compliance team in WA on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the Director Quality, Safety and Compliance, this roving position will see you support our WA-based aged care homes to develop, implement and maintain processes that ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Your well-honed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills are easily demonstrated when conducting audits in our aged care homes, driving continuous improvement across the organisation, as well as when providing relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of aged care residents and clients.
Now... before our staff and residents get to experience your brilliance, we need to ensure you possess:
tertiary qualifications (Bachelor or higher) in Nursing and AHPRA registration
two year's post-graduate experience working as a Registered Nurse in aged care
NDIS Worker Screening Check
evidence of influenza vaccination
full working rights in Australia
