The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager with a strong focus on people to lead Chobani’s Quality team. In this role, you will oversee the operational activities of Quality, Hygiene, and Laboratory operations at our Dandenong South site.
As Chobani continues to grow, you will play a key role in supporting product quality and driving continuous improvement and commercialization efforts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also contribute to several company-wide projects aimed at enhancing our capabilities and will be crucial in building effective cross-functional relationships with our Factory.
Your passion for people leadership will shine as you build capability and develop your team of 14 (including 6 direct reports), fostering a strong team culture. Additionally, you will be a member of the Chobani Operations Leadership team, contributing to important business decisions that affect Chobani’s operations and supply chain.
Skills & Experience
Ideally to be successful in the role you will have:
• A strong track record in Quality Management roles within a Food or Pharma manufacturing environment (Dairy knowledge is a plus)
• A strategic mindset with the commercial acumen to understand the broader business impact
• A genuine passion for leading large teams and a talent for developing and coaching high-performing teams
• Excellent collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to uphold quality standards when necessary
• A drive to improve the status quo and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to foster a company-wide Quality Assurance mindset at Chobani
