Our journey towards commercialising Li‑S Energy batteries is picking up speed and we are currently on the lookout for a passionate Quality Manager to join our team and play a dual role: ensuring the highest quality standards for our products while contributing to key projects that will propel us forward.
 

Job Overview: 

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-oriented and obsessive about quality. They have excellent attention to detail, are passionate about green energy and are excited to contribute to the success of our company.  
 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, implement and maintain a robust QMS in accordance with industry standards (i.e., ISO 9001). 
• Develop and oversee quality control processes throughout the entire product lifecycle. 
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues proactively. 
• Analyse quality data and generate reports to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product data sheets and specifications. 
• Lead the creation and implementation of quality training programs for staff. 
• Oversee vendor quality management to ensure the quality of incoming materials. 
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process. 
• Manage assigned projects related to quality control or product development, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets. 
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. 
• Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders. 
   

Qualifications and Skills: 

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Science, Quality Management) 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality management role, preferably within the battery industry 
• Proven track record of successfully designing, implementing and managing a QMS 
• Experience aligning with relevant ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 17025, etc.) 
• Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining product data sheets and specifications 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
• Six-Sigma Green Belt (a plus) 
• PMP Certification (a plus) 
• Familiarity with ISO 17025 and/or AS9100 (a plus) 
• Familiarity with Lithium battery industry (a plus)
