The Opportunity:A full-time career opportunity is available in the Kingaroy area for a QA Officer / Manager to become an integral part of the close-knit Quality Control and Operations teams at Australian Alkaloids Pty Ltd.
The Quality Officer / Manager will support the quality system activities to ensure manufacturing and quality control meet GMP standards and TGA requirements.

The Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Quality and Regulatory Affairs Manager, the Quality Officer / Manager will be responsible for:
- Assisting across all areas of the Quality Management System.
- Compliance with PIC/S Guide to Manufacturing Principles for Medicinal Products Part II.
- Assisting with the supervision of the 7 person Quality team.
- Batch review and product release.
- Performing internal audits.
- Document management and control.
- Supplier qualification programmes.
- Validation activities across the laboratory and production areas.
- Assisting with regulatory and customer audits.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
- Tertiary qualifications in Science or other related scientific discipline.
- Minimum 2 years QA experience.
- Proven time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in both independent work and collaborative teamwork.
- cGMP experience
- Experience with TGA and / or other regulatory agencies.
