- Sales Administration and support
- CRM Management
- Plan and execute office branding and promotion
- Plan and execute agent branding and promotion
- Manage photography both office and property
- Review, book and execute property marketing campaigns including, photography, signage, brochures, copy writing and print media.
- Plan and book weekly open house schedule
- Manage auctioneer bookings
Essential:
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Real estate industry experience
- Strong IT skills, experience in Agent Box preferred
- High level knowledge of spelling and grammar
- Detailed proof reader
- Excellent time management skills
