As a Real Estate Sales Administrator you will play an integral role in supporting our independent agents.
Tasks and responsibilities will include:
- providing back-end administrative support for listing/sold files,
- management of inbound calls,
- preparation and ordering of marketing,
- providing administrative support,
- and more.
Skills and experience:
- minimum 2 years experience in the Real Estate industry is a must,
- can work autonomously,
- capable of handling and prioritizing various administrative tasks and deadlines,
- self-starter with excellent communication and grammatical skills,
- proficient computer skills, and
- high attention to detail.
