We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate all-rounder who can list and sell, and is willing to assist the principal on an on-going basis.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in Real Estate Sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, qualify and develop leads to drive sales opportunities.
• Conducting open homes and private inspections as required (includes Saturdays and occasionally Sundays)
• Database management, including maintaining records (our current CRM is Renet).
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with vendors, purchasers, builders and solicitors
• Preparing documents for market appraisals, liaising with solicitors/conveyancers and conducting market appraisals
• Negotiate contracts and handle all aspects of the sales process with professionalism and integrity
• Stay up to date with market trends, property values and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of Real Estate Sales experience
• Class 1 or 2 Real Estate licence
• Have an ABN
• Have a current driver’s licence and your own vehicle
• Awareness and adherence to Real Estate regulations
• Ability to work independently, while also collaborating effectively with team members
