About the role:
We are looking for motivated and passionate people who are willing to be trained and grow their Real Estate sales career. We are a people-centric organisation that thrives in helping people become highly effective Sales Agent and make a positive impact in our community.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to source leads, drive property listings, prospect, and pursue residential sales success within the Melbourne Northern suburbs.
- Provide the highest level of property advice, support and sales outcomes for your customers throughout the entire appraisal, listing, negotiation, and sales process.
- Manage buyer and seller enquiries, perform property appraisals and negotiate agreements.
- Drive local area marketing, new business development, customer calls, prospecting and follow up.
- Oversee the contract and settlement process and manage the clients’ expectations all the way to handover and beyond.
- Prospecting to generate leads for market appraisals, listing and sales.
- Prepare for and attend appraisals.
- Maintain strong communication and connection.
What you will bring
- Real Estate sales experience would be highly regarded but not necessary.
- Knowledge of appraisals, new sales, seller / buyer enquiries, new listings, buyer appointments, and prospecting is preferred, but not required.
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Current Driver’s Licence and access to vehicle.
- Outstanding presentation and communication.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base wage supplemented by commission, or retainer and commission. The exact compensation will be negotiable and dependent upon your experience, skills, and qualifications.
