We are regarded as one of Australia's leading private golf clubs with an international reputation for providing our Members and their guests with outstanding service and facilities.
This is a full time, Monday to Friday position.
About the role
- All duties associated with Reception, including
- Greeting our members and guests in person.
- Answering telephone calls & enquiries.
- Attend to daily emails
- Receipting of member payments
- Assist with accommodation enquiries during busy times
- Assist with golf booking of guests with the Golf department
- Help with other departments with basic marketing collateral
- Assist the Administration team and other departments of the Club when required/directed
- Work Experience in a customer service / reception role is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly and positive approach to work.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Must be punctual.
- Neat and professional appearance.
- Previous Golf industry experience is preferable but not essential.

- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
