Reception And Administration Officer

SELECTION CRITERIA

The successful applicant will demonstrate evidence of:

1. A capacity to understand and animate Catholic identity, Salesian charism and College values in all aspects of College life.
2. A commitment to Child Safety and the welfare of young people and a strong knowledge and understanding of Child Safety legislation and responsibilities
3. Relevant experience and strong administrative skills
4. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic administration team that serves the College community.
5. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues, students, parents, visitors, contractors, prospective employees and agencies.
6. Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage a number of tasks and be an adept problem solver.

• Response to the Selection Criteria (responses to the criteria should not exceed two A4 pages).
• The names and contact details of three relevant referees including most recent Principal, if applicable.
