About the Role:
Join our team as a Receptionist and become the welcoming face of UnitingSA! This role is pivotal, creating the first interaction our clients and visitors have with our organisation. You will have the privilege of providing great client experience, every time. This is a fixed-term position to 20 December 2024. Apply now to be a vital part of our community-focused organisation!
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to telephone callers, visitors, and clients promptly, respectfully and courteously.
- Efficiently manage administrative tasks supporting both staff and clients.
- Offer appropriate responses and information to clients and the public.
- Interface with and support consumers, staff, and contractors.
- Collaborate with colleagues for efficient task completion.
- Collect and distribute mail promptly, including courier coordination.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in reception and administration in medium sized organisation that delivers a wide range of services
- Certificate III/IV in Business Administration or related discipline required.
- Current DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check is essential.
- Current National Police Clearance is essential.
- Effective client focus with highly developed interpersonal skills and proven ability to build positive relationships
- Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise, set deadlines, and problem solve
- Energy, personal style and resilience to navigate challenging conversations
