About the role:
Reporting directly to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, this 3 month role with scope for extension will see you will be responsible for:
- Meeting & greeting clients and visitors
- Managing the front desk and incoming calls
- Inbox management
- Travel bookings – through Corporate Traveller
- Ordering Uniforms, Stationery and supplies
- Coordinating meeting room bookings
- Coordinating domestic and international travel
- Mail and courier coordination
- General administration
- Kitchen upkeep
- Previous Reception experience
- High levels of initiative
- Professional phone manner
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High level of communication / interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy and the ability to pick up new systems
- Exposure to Pronto desirable but not essential
- Based in the Western Suburbs with free onsite parking
