The Role:
- Meet and greet all visitors
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a neat and organised reception area.
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed.
- Previous experience in a corporate receptionist role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
You will need to be double vaccinated again COVID and be able to commit for the duration of the assignment.
