About the role

Our receptionist staff are pivotal to the success of our clinics and the positive experience for our clients. In this Receptionist role, you will provide support and assistance to patients and families and undertake the following responsibilities: 

• Manage enquiries
• Schedule patient bookings
• Processing payments for appointments
• Maintain diary management for our team of Psychologists 
• Ensure the office environment is tidy and presentable

This position will suit someone who is looking for a diverse role and an opportunity to showcase their outstanding customer service and communication skills. 

Your Key Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will thrive in a busy, client-facing environment providing exceptional customer service. Your professional administrative skills and charm will shine, creating lasting, positive first impressions with every patient and family interaction.

You will also demonstrate:

• Experience in a receptionist’s role, within the healthcare/medical industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Excellent customer service skills, in person and on the phone.

Remuneration: Attractive hourly rate + superannuation
